Drive strategic plan delivery across programs
Lead service teams to achieve measurable outcomes
Ensure legislative audit and contract compliance
Oversee budgets KPIs and financial performance
Build therapeutic trauma-informed practice
Skills & Experience
Degree in social work psychology or related field
Leadership experience in Foster Care or OOHC
Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks
Budget management and financial oversight skills
Current driver licence and probity checks
