Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Berrinba Team!!
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and its employees.
The Job involves:
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising and management employees including juniors
- Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
- Conducting performance evaluations
- Trialing and training new employees
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
- Rostering inventory ordering and reporting
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Running a drive-thru service
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications :
The right candidate must have:
- Strong and demonstrated management experience
- Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
- Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience
- Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
- Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry

- Food Safety Certificate - Im Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
