Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operators to join our production this role you will operate industrial sewing equipment and support the manufacturing process by ensuring quality efficiency and compliance with company standards.

- Operate industrial sewing machines used in the production process.
- Use CNC cutting machines to cut fabric into required shapes.
- Lift and move raw materials finished products and packed items from conveyors and work tables.
- Create and print labels using the ERP system.
- Clean label and pack finished products.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and stored in the correct location using an RF scanner.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards; report defects to the production lead or quality team.
- Complete all required job paperwork accurately.
- Communicate any issues affecting personnel equipment or materials to supervisors or managers.
- Train new and existing team members on different production functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with commercial sewing machines.
- Basic knowledge of threading and sewing machine maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written work instructions in English.
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
