Shift: 3rd Shift 11:45 PM 8:00 AM (Sun-Thurs)
Pay: $21.58/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our Finishing Departmentsomeone who is curious about how things work and is driven to deliver high-quality results.
Your Role at Avery Dennison: As a Technical Pilot of our finishing assets you will be responsible for the heartbeat of our production line. You wont just run a machine; you will master it.
Lead Performance: Perform precise machine setups and changeovers to meet production goals.
Troubleshoot with Curiosity: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying band-aid fixes.
Commitment to Quality: Inspect products against strict specifications to ensure a zero-defect output.
Safety & Teamwork: Maintain a safe environment and collaborate with your team to improve site health and efficiency.
Inventory Flow: Use forklifts and digital tools (MFG Pro) to manage material movement and data entry.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
Experience: High school diploma/GED or 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort with mechanical troubleshooting and computer applications.
Resilience: Ability to maintain focus during high-pressure shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
Team Spirit: A Team Before Self mindsetready to support coworkers and share knowledge.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
