A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
This position ensures efficient inventory control accurate order fulfillment and smooth logistics activities.
The coordinator works closely with warehouse staff Managers logistics teams and external vendors to
maintain operational excellence. Keeping a safe and clean installation environment following the client installation guidelines to ensure high quality standards. Emphasizing teamwork following
instructions and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.
How Youll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments ensuring timely loading/unloading
Inspect received goods for accuracy and quality
Active following the lead of processes procedures timelines and given schedules
Prepare and verify shipping documents (BOLs packing lists labels)
Organize warehouse layout to ensure efficient storage accessibility and safety
Oversee picking packing staging and replenishment processes
Schedule deliveries pickups and carrier appointments
Ensure compliance with company policies OSHA regulations and safety standards
