Job Summary

Job Title: Machine Operator
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Milwaukee WI 53223
Shift: 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities
Operate light-duty bench and floor-type machines
Operate lathes drills mills punch presses and saws
Set up machines and make basic adjustments
Perform basic machine maintenance
Inspect work using gauges jigs and fixtures
Monitor quality using control procedures
Support manufacturing and distribution operations
Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines
Report machine malfunctions and abnormalities
Assist with shipping receiving and inventory
Learn and follow standard operating procedures
Perform routine production and clerical tasks
Record basic production and manufacturing data
Follow defined work instructions and standards
Handle routine problems with prescribed solutions
Share basic job-related information with team

Must Have
Basic knowledge of production systems and procedures
Ability to learn machine operations
Ability to follow standard work instructions
Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks
Willingness to work under supervision

Nice to Have
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
Experience with numerically controlled machines
Experience in assembly or packaging environments
