Job Summary
Property Services Foreman

As the Property Services Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the safe efficient and reliable operation of all facilities and building this role you will lead a team of Property Services Technicians directing maintenance planning coordinating project execution and managing daily operations. The Foreman ensures high quality service delivery proactively maintains facility performance safety accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications High School Diploma/GED
Defined Education: None
Preferences: Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g. HVAC electrical plumbing)
Substitutions: None
Years Experience: Five (5) years
Defined Experience: Experience with building systems & repair maintenance planning and vendor management.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: Two (2) years
