We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve leading business requirements analysis reviewing technical design documentation identifying system gaps and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale human-centric application solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise application projects responsive design initiatives technical documentation review and solution design along with a passion for driving impactful digital transformation.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Dimondale MI (Hybrid 2 5 days onsite per week; No remote-only option)

Duration: 1 Year Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 12 years of experience functioning as a true Business Analyst in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical design documentation.
Partner with application and solution architects to support the design and development of large-scale application projects.
Review technical designs and specifications for completeness accuracy and adherence to established quality standards.
Identify gaps in existing software systems and recommend effective solutions including new feature development third-party integrations and legacy system enhancements.
Break down complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams while accounting for technical constraints.
Support responsive design application development initiatives with a strong focus on human-centric design principles.
Ensure clear concise written and verbal communication across business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
8 years of experience eliciting business requirements and developing detailed technical design documents in partnership with architects.
Strong experience reviewing and validating technical documentation.
Demonstrated experience working on large-scale enterprise application projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Requirements:

Local candidates only (must be located within 2 hours of Dimondale MI at time of submission).
Must be available for an in-person interview at MSP Headquarters (valid ID required).
Resource will work a hybrid schedule (2 5 days onsite per week) starting Day 1.
