Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform case management duties.
- Deliver hospice care services.

- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work

Special Considerations:
- Rotating weekends are required potentially exceeding every 3rd or 4th weekend based on unit needs.

Scheduling:
- Shifts are available as either 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour schedules.
- 8-hour shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- 10-hour shifts are from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
