The State of Michigans DTMB is seeking two experienced Programmer Analysts to join their team. This role involves working with Angular C# .Net JavaScript SSRS SQL Server Java and Azure DevOps in a hybrid agile/waterfall environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and debugging complex database configurations and providing customer service. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work in Lansing MI.

Responsibilities:
- Writing compiling modifying and debugging complex SQL Server database configuration items (Stored Procedures Functions Triggers Views Tables and linked servers).
- Working with Java and Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management sprint planning task tracking and progress reporting supporting Agile methodologies.
- Providing quality customer service.
- Building trust through integrity of work.
- Building strategic relationships through teamwork.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience with Angular C# .Net JavaScript SSRS and SQL Server.
- Experience working in an environment utilizing hybrid agile/waterfall project management methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience writing compiling modifying and debugging complex SQL Server database configuration items.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience working with Java and Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management sprint planning task tracking and progress reporting supporting Agile methodologies.
- Ability to provide quality customer service.
- Ability to build trust through integrity of work.
- Ability to build strategic relationships through teamwork.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

- Experience in Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) reimbursement process for Medicaid and Medicare expenses related to Long Term Care.

Special Considerations:
- Hybrid work schedule requires on-site presence two days a week (Monday and Tuesday).
- Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of Lansing MI.
