Job Summary

Hi Warehouse Receiving Managers

1) Are you a Warehouse Receiving Manager within FMCG / Retail or Grocery stores (essential requirement)

2) In your role asReceiving Manager are you responsible for overseeing all aspects of the receiving function within the warehouse (essential requirement)

2.a) Do you manage the receiving team ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming goods maintaining inventory integrity and enforcing compliance with company policies and industry regulations

2.b) Do you ensurethat the supply chain operates efficiently and that stock is available for sales and distribution without delays or discrepancies

3) Does your education include;

3.a) Grade 12 / Matric (essential requirement)

3.b) A Diploma or Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field (strongly preferred).

4) Does your experience include; Minimum 35 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role (essential requirement)

5) Do your technical skills include 5.a) 5.b) and 5.c) below; (essential requirements)

5.a) Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

5.b) Strong MS Office skills especially Excel.

5.c) Forklift license and experience (advantageous).

6) Does your industry knowledge include 6a) and 6b) below:

6.a) A deep understanding of receiving procedures inventory control and supply chain principles.

6.b) Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
