The Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor you are more than just a support agentyou are a brand protector and problem solver. Working directly from our Durban hub you will handle inbound inquiries ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience.
Key Focus Areas:
- End-to-End Resolution: Take ownership of high-profile cases from initial contact to final solution.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage product orders payment inquiries and logistics providing tailored recommendations along the way.
- Operational Excellence: Meet and exceed performance-based targets while maintaining strict compliance and information security standards.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to team success by sharing insights and staying ahead of campaign developments.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in German (B2 level or higher).
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 6 months in an international contact center environment.
- Educational Background: Matric qualification.
- Tech Savvy: High level of PC literacy with a focus on navigation speed and data accuracy.
- Availability: Ability to work rotational shifts within a 24-hour operational window.
- Attributes: Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing work orders within strict SLAs.
