Job Summary

TheContracted Assistant Coachwill assist the head coach with individual participants and the sports team. Responsible for helping each student participating in sports achieve a high level of skill an appreciation for the values of discipline sportsmanship and an increased level of self-esteem and awareness of the importance of teamwork in attaining common goals. ThisPart-Timepositionwillwork no more than 29.5 hours per weekduring the sports seasonand DOES NOT include benefits.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Coaching experience in this specific sport is preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
