About the Role

As a Sales Executive youd play a key part in our Sales team. You would have a designated territory to: drive new business engage conversations with teachers (schools covering mostly aged 11-18) to demo the platform with excellent product knowledge and explore subscription options. Our market is international so you would have an exciting book of business all over the world.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans that engage and win new school-level subscribers.

  • Engage prospects in consultative problem-first discussions that align with the Digital Theatre solution demonstrating efficiency and ability to multitask.

  • Deliver sales over the phone in a high-call-volume environment.

  • Manage the sales cycle from cold-call to close.

  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with teachers and academic decision-makers.

  • Work closely with teachers to build product knowledge and excitement within their school.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and trends across the sales territory.

  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations remotely.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while managing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements

  • Results-driven and target-oriented

  • Experience in a sales or calling environment

  • Knowledge of consultative selling and a talent for asking the right questions to uncover root challenges.

  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust

  • Collaborative mindset and team player

  • Problem-solver: A passion for sales collaboration and achieving goals

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Drama/English-related undergraduate degree

  • Experience in a Sales role or outbound calling environment

  • Working with or in schools

  • Experience with CRMs ideally HubSpot

Required Skills:

The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and resilient with a strong target-driven mindset and a proven ability to work towards and exceed goals. They will demonstrate persistence and a proactive go-getting approach particularly in a high-call outbound sales environment. Strong verbal communication skills are essential with the ability to engage others confidently over the phone ask insightful questions and build rapport quickly using a consultative sales approach. The role requires someone who takes accountability for their performance manages their time and priorities effectively and remains organised while handling multiple opportunities. A collaborative attitude is also critical with the ability to work well as part of a team and contribute positively to a fast-paced results-focused sales culture.
