Position Role: Sabre Squadron Troop Leader
Duties:
- To lead and motivate your troop.
- Responsible for effective training welfare and discipline of soldiers placed under your command.
- To be responsible for commanding soldiers placed under you on Exercise or Operations.
- To be responsible for the career management of all soldiers under your command.
- Aim to have all soldier under command pass all required ITRs manage and reduce BCM levels of risk attend over 27 RSDs and 7 out of 10 assured training events.
- To encourage Tp members to volunteer for Operational service.
- To encourage and support Regiment / Squadron Recruiting and social events.
- To encourage Troop members to enlist in the Regular Army.
- Assist were possible in maintaining Sqn BUF at 70% availability.
- To complete additional tasks as directed by the Squadron Leader.
