Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation
- Drive rollout activities for new processes and systems across countries.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Develop and maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Act as Transformation Project Manager on the business side ensuring smooth execution and adoption of strategic projects.
Additional tasks:
- Optimization of warehousing operations.
- Contract negotiations and design of logistics agreements.
- Implementation of logistics optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management and international rollouts.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and business transformation.
- Proficient in English and Polish.
- Background in logistics processes and supply chain optimization is a plus.
