What awaits you with us

Your mission is to significantly expand New Flags presence in Poland and help us unlock further growth opportunities in Poland.

You will act as the commercial driver of the market combining strategic thinking with a highly proactive sales-focused mindset.

• Take full ownership of driving the commercial growth of our business in Poland
• Actively acquire new customers and expand our retail and distribution network across the beauty drugstore and specialty retail channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
• Leverage your existing industry network to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate market expansion
• Develop and execute a clear sales and market growth strategy for Poland
• Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and secure long-term partnerships
• Identify opportunities to expand our business into additional Central and Eastern European markets
• Analyze market trends competitors and distribution opportunities to strengthen our market position
• Lead develop and motivate a small local team to successfully execute our market strategy
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share in close collaboration with our internal teams

What you bring

• 8-10 years of experience in sales business development or commercial leadership ideally within the beauty FMCG or consumer goods industry
• A highly sales-driven mindset with a strong track record in acquiring new customers and growing markets
• Proven success in business development and expanding retail partnerships
• A strong existing network within the Polish beauty retail or FMCG industry
• Experience working with key retail accounts and distribution partners
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into concrete business growth
• Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication skills
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution-focused approach
• Leadership skills
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions is a strong advantage
• Business fluent in Polish and English
