GIA Quality Enablement Specialist (Senior Associate)

Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

We are currently looking for Senior Associate (Rank 65) Quality Enablement candidate to start demanding yet exciting journey and become a part of a team within Global Internal Audit. Your key responsibilities

Managing the quality enablement functions related to GIA - these involve managing operations tools accesses repositories
Deliver high quality client-ready output with minimal supervision
Identify risks / issues and escalate to the relevant person in a timely manner
Ensuring seamless audit performance by managing the audit backend operations
Managing staffing activities for the GIA team
Preparing reports and information for use by senior stakeholders
Involvement in ad-hoc tasks requested by GIA leaders
Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery
Supporting Data Analysis function within GIA

Skills and attributes for success

Technical attributes:

Analytical thought process to evaluate unstructured situations and provide logical conclusions
Strong attention to detail
Proficient presentation skills including the ability to create business documents guidelines and PowerPoint presentations
Ability to create client-ready deliverables using MS Office applications
Experience in working with Power BI and/or other analytical tools
Experience in working with SQL would be a plus
Motivated quick-thinking and dynamic individual with strong business acumen

Management attributes:

Solution oriented approach and superior problem solving abilities
Good stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience working under agile delivery methodology
Experience with researching new products/tools

To qualify for the role you must have

Postgraduate/ MBA is preferred with 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience
