Job Summary
Referral Opportunity: Polish-Speaking Consultant Roles
Sutherland Bulgaria is looking for motivated candidates for Polish-speaking Consultant roles with internationally renowned clients. As a Sutherland employee you can help us find top talent by referring friends or acquaintances! If your referral is hired youll receive a referral bonus. Each referral is reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team to find the best fit for open roles. If there are no current openings well keep their information for 6 months and get in touch once a suitable position becomes available.
Qualifications :
Qualifications for Referral Bonus Eligibility:
To qualify for the referral bonus your referral should:
Speak both Polish and English at a B2 level or higher
Be eligible to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen or NON-EU with a valid Bulgarian ID card)
Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract
Complete a 6-month probation period
Referrals are valid for 6 months after which they need to be resubmitted to qualify for the bonus.
