Job Description
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support active customers and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of digital tools. This is a non-sales role focused on guiding customers through implementation and helping them get the most value from the platform.
Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for active customers

Deliver product demos and presentations using prepared materials
-
Tailor solutions based on customer needs

Guide customers through the implementation process over a period of 510 weeks

Monitor adoption rates and customer engagement

Share best practices to support successful tool implementation
Requirements

Fluent German
-
Good level of English
-
Comfortable speaking on camera and presenting to customers

Strong communication and presentation skills

Technically confident and comfortable explaining digital tools

Monday Friday

Salary & Bonus
