Job Summary
German-Speaking Marketing Optimization Ads Specialist- Lisbon (Hybrid)
Position: Marketing Optimization Ads Specialist - Google Ads
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Hybrid 2x time at the office 3x home-office)
Relocation Package: Included (2500 relocation bonus assistance with accommodation and administrative procedures)
Purpose of the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Optimization Ads you will play a key role in implementing optimization solutions and strategies for high-value clients primarily within Google Ads and social media advertising. Your expertise will directly impact performance by analyzing data developing keyword strategies and optimizing budgets for better ROI.
Responsibilities:
*Implement optimization solutions for digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads & social media).
*Social media advertisement and creation of keyword packs bids and budget suggestions
*Develop expertise across Google products through advanced optimization techniques such as Google Search Network (GSN) Mobile and YouTube.
*Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights and improve performance.
Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months of experience in ad optimization (Google Facebook TikTok or other online marketing platforms).
*Strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency.
*Good understanding of KPIs and digital marketing performance metrics.
*Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and English.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: 23000 per year
Language Premium Bonus: 3240 yearly
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (paid via meal card)
Transportation Bonus: 720 per year
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual base salary
Health & Life Insurance (including family plan for spouse and children)
Permanent Contract (180-day probation period)
Relocation Support: For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
2500 relocation bonus (paid in the first payroll cycle)
1500 Gross offered to support candidates within Portugal (100Km away from Lisbon or more
Assistance in finding housing according to your preferences.
Bureaucratic support for obtaining NIF and NISS (tax and social security numbers in Portugal).
