Were looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Dutch English) to join our Small Appliances Group in Lisbon. If you enjoy helping customers solving problems fast and keeping everything running smoothly this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Assist customers through various channels ensuring a high-quality service experience
Understand product features troubleshoot common issues and guide users with clarity
Keep internal systems updated and maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

What Were Looking For

Fluency in Dutch and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Previous experience in customer support is a plus
