Job Summary
Operations Manager DACH Region
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft 365 applications licenses user accounts and Teams optimization for collaboration.
Oversee IT infrastructure ensuring remote employees have necessary tools and support.
Facilitate remote team collaboration via Teams best practices for meetings document sharing and communication.
Utilize Planner and Teams for project management tracking timelines milestones and deliverables.
Optimize workflows using Microsoft 365 applications to enhance remote efficiency.
Ensure data security GDPR/DSGVO compliance and collaborate on security concerns.
Provide Microsoft 365 training onboarding support and technical assistance for remote employees.
Manage resource allocation budgets vendor contracts and business continuity planning.
Track KPIs generate reports monitor quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online SharePoint and Teams.
Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API knowledge for automation.
Expertise in remote team collaboration project management and workflow optimization.
Understanding of data security compliance standards and IT infrastructure management.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in German and English for multicultural team coordination.
