Position Overview
We are partnering with a reputable property developer to recruit an Assistant Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across multiple high-end high-rise residential projects. This role requires a strong people leader with solid sales planning capability able to guide a team strategise effectively and ensure sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales executives across various project sites.
- Conduct regular coaching sales briefings and performance reviews to improve team capability and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets monitor performance and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
Sales Strategy Proposal & Reporting

Develop sales proposals pitch materials and pricing recommendations for management review.

Analyse market trends buyer behaviour and competitor activities to optimise sales strategies.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports forecasting updates and progress summaries for the Deputy General Manager.
Project Sales Execution
- Oversee sales operations and customer engagement across multiple high-rise residential developments.
- Drive launch activities sales gallery operations events and customer experience initiatives.
- Ensure all sales processes and documentation are carried out accurately and professionally.
