Youll play an important role in the Regional GrabAds Self-Serve Strategy & Planning team. Our main focus is supporting project management and creating go-to-market plans to enhance self-serve products. We work with multiple departments including GrabAds Product Marketing OmniCommerce Food & CE and other partners to tailor self-serve solutions for our merchants.
Get to Know the Role
Reporting into Project Management & Go-To-Market for Self Serve Business team you will contribute to regional business development initiatives and design project plans that drive the launch of self-serve products and features supporting our business growth. You will promote self-serve services across Grabs ecosystem and collaborate cross-functionally to identify solutions that meet merchant needs.
We are looking for someone with a business-focused mindset and strong analytical skills ready to develop innovative ideas alongside internal stakeholders. You should understand business mechanics and synthesize them to drive growth.
This role will be onsite and based in the Malaysia PJ office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead teams in strategic projects from product rollouts to user acquisition. Coordinate effectively from planning through implementation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve milestones efficiently.
- Perform detailed data analyses to address project challenges deriving insights that lead to impactful business solutions.
- Coordinate communication efforts to ensure smooth collaboration and keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Handle routine reporting tasks for quarterly and bi-annual reviews keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 6 years of experience with 4-5 years in digital advertising covering sales enablement operations or marketing.
- Experience in developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies successful product launches and achieving market entry targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent ability to manage stakeholder relationships at different levels within the organization.
- Experience in a matrix organizational structure thriving in complex settings.
