Qualifications:

- 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of the crypto industry and financial services is welcomed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
