Office Location: St. 184 Phnom Penh (Near Royal Palace)

Type: Full-time

Salary: $1000 - $1500 p/m

A rapidly growing Phnom Penhbased builder has secured several exciting new projects and is expanding his team. With a diverse portfolio that includes hospitality venues food-processing facilities retail redesigns residential villas and custom steel fabrication work he is now seeking a skilled Architect to support upcoming design and construction demands.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts plans and detailed drawings for hospitality industrial retail and residential projects.
Collaborate directly with the builder engineers contractors and fabricators.
Prepare 2D and 3D designs layout plans and construction documentation.
Conduct site visits surveys and progress assessments.
Coordinate design adjustments based on construction needs budget and client requirements.
Ensure designs comply with safety regulations and local building codes.
Support the design-and-build process for villas and bespoke steel structures.
Assist with materials selection interior concepts and project visualisations as required.

Key Projects You Will Contribute To

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects including:

A new world-class concept bar featuring premium interior design and high-end client experience.
An 800 m² meat-processing facility specialising in high-quality imported beef products.
A 5000 m² pet-food production factory requiring both functional and efficient layout planning.
A series of retail fuel-station rebranding and redesign projects with approximately 20 planned locations.
Additional ongoing work including bars restaurants luxury villas and custom steel-fabrication structures.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or related field.
English & Khmer speaking
Proficiency in industry design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or equivalent).
Strong understanding of construction methods and building materials.
Experience in hospitality commercial industrial or residential design preferred.
Ability to work independently and bring creative solutions to design challenges.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
