A Phnom Penhbased SaaS and digital solutions company is hiring a Product Manager to lead the delivery of cross-platform payment products. This role centers on product planning multi-device execution and continuous optimisation of payment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap in line with commercial goals.
Oversee product delivery across web mobile and tablet platforms.
Partner with engineering UX QA and business stakeholders to launch features.
Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to guide product decisions.
Drive payment system integrations while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
Collect and interpret user feedback to improve product performance.
Convert business needs into clear requirements specifications and user stories.
Monitor KPIs usage metrics and feature adoption.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or a related area.
3 years experience in Product Management or Business Analysis preferably in fintech POS or retail technology.
Hands-on exposure to payment systems transaction workflows and integrations.
Understanding of iOS Android and responsive web environments.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and tools such as Jira.
Strong stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
Technical familiarity with APIs cloud platforms and third-party payment services is advantageous.
