Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations staff oversight and overall performance.

Deliver sales margin service and operational targets.

Maintain visual merchandising stock presentation and store standards.

Lead workforce planning coaching and performance management.

Address customer issues and uphold a positive in-store experience.

Coordinate with procurement logistics finance and support teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies safety rules and procedures.

Prepare operational sales and inventory reports.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience managing supermarket or retail operations in Cambodia.

Strong understanding of store operations merchandising and customer service.

Proven leadership and team management capability.

Sound judgement problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Khmer language fluency required; English or Chinese is an advantage.
