Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line technical support to German-speaking customers (B2B or B2C) via phone email and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software hardware or subscription services with precision.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and accurately document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex unresolved issues to specialized senior technical teams.
Requirements
- Native or C2 fluency in German (written and verbal) is absolutely essential.
- Fluent English (B2 level) is required for internal communication and team meetings.
- Proven technical aptitude; experience with IT support ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) or technical troubleshooting is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient problem-solving mindset.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain
