About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about sales and marketing and have the ability to drive measurable business growth across local and international markets we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking referrals and lead generation in both local and international markets.
  • Promote full suite of services including Web Development SEO Social Media Marketing and PPC campaigns.
  • Understand and analyse client requirements and provide customized digital solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by offering strategic guidance and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to the companys overall revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends identify emerging opportunities and plan sales initiatives to expand into new local and overseas markets.
  • Maintain and update the customer database converting potential prospects into active long-term clients.
  • Represent the company at meetings presentations and business discussions locally and internationally.

Requirements:

  • Fully or partially qualified in CIM SLIM or any other recognized Sales/Marketing professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience preferably in digital marketing IT solutions or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven self-motivated well-organized and committed to achieving business objectives with high professional ethics.
  • Professional appearance and confident personality with the ability to interact effectively with corporate clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel overseas for client meetings business development activities and market expansion initiatives.
  • Flexibility to attend meetings on Saturdays when required and support urgent business needs when necessary.
