Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Actively participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze business requirements for the new HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Assist in identifying and defining key system configurations workflows and integrations.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Document and track all identified defects issues and bugs using a designated tracking system.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and end-users to ensure all business processes are accurately represented and tested in the new system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the project team to resolve issues and improve system performance.
System Monitoring & Support:
- Monitor the systems performance data integrity and security on an ongoing basis.
- Perform routine data audits and clean-up tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support during system upgrades patches and enhancements.
- Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation and training materials for end-users.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the HR team IT department and the HRIS vendor to ensure smooth transition and operational efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
Requirements
- Preference will be given to male candidates with proven exposure in HRIS User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation processes.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g. recruitment onboarding payroll benefits performance management).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and validation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
