Executive - Finance (Treasury)

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with banks on loan settlements rollovers and borrowings while maintaining updated loan schedules and recording related GL entries.
  • Coordinate bank guarantee processing monitor expiry timelines and ensure all guarantee-related GL entries are accurately recorded.
  • Manage all interbank internal salary TT and LC fund transfers while ensuring accurate and timely general ledger postings.
  • Calculate accrue and post interest for all facilities including loans while preparing and sharing monthly interest schedules for the management.
  • Prepare maintain and present loan schedules and borrowing reports to support financial tracking and management decisions.
  • Consolidate and circulate daily bank balance updates to relevant stakeholders for effective cash flow visibility.
  • Perform reconciliations and valuations for bank accounts including foreign currency accounts and post all required GL adjustments.
  • Process duty payments and ensure all related accounting entries are correctly posted and documented.

Candidate Profile

  • Full or part qualification in CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting/finance.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience (Treasury related experience with be an added advantage)
  • 6 passes at GCE O/L with A pass for Maths & English.
  • A minimum of 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
