Responsibilities
- Provide professional front desk and concierge services to mall visitors.
- Assist customers with inquiries directions and general information about the mall.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining service excellence.
- Coordinate with mall management security and tenants to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and provide reports when required.
- Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Deliver a friendly approachable and customer-focused experience to all visitors.
- Work on a roster basis including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service guest relations or front-line customer handling in hospitality real estate shopping malls retail aviation or similar sectors.
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Management Hospitality Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to wear a uniform and work on the mall floor assisting customers.
Other Details:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Age below 40 years.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a roster basis including weekends and holidays.
- Salary range: LKRdepending on experience.
