Responsibilities:
- Support and manage caregivers no cold calls you respond to inbound inquiries.
- Assist with placements handle changes/emergencies and maintain caregiver relationships.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Work closely with international teams to optimise processes and improve the caregiver experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English or German (C1) and Romanian (C2)
- 2 years experience in account management telesales or caregiver services.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping caregivers.
- Self-motivated proactive and comfortable managing client relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce Pipedrive HubSpot) is a plus.
