As a Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and directing the technical functions within the E2E and Fixed IMS domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of service and stability of solutions while advising on customer network evolution and driving project up-scopes.
Your role:
Leading and directing technical functions including the Analysis & Design group and the Integration Verification & Validation group;
Verifying the E2E Quality of Service and stability of solutions ensuring all project KPIs are within contract definition;
Advising on customer network evolution strategies and identifying opportunities for project up-scopes;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation;
Managing technical resources and coordinating activities across different project phases;
Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle;
Your Profile:
Strong technical background in telecommunications with focus on E2E and Fixed IMS domains
Proven experience in technical project management within the telecommunications industry(minimum 1 year)
In-depth understanding of network architectures protocols and telecommunications systems
Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional activities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent English and German language skills (minimum B2 level)
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with occasional weekend work requirements
