Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for digital solutions and strong cold calling skills Were looking for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join our growing international team and work with clients in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Your Responsibilities

Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities

Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling to engage potential clients
-
Manage and grow a pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification methodologies
-
Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions
-
Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
What Were Looking For
-
Native-level proficiency in German and excellent English (mandatory)
-
Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales experience
-
Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
-
Previous experience in tech or digital advertising environments is highly preferred
-
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
-
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 4300 BGN gross

Target Bonus: 2000 BGN (quarterly performance-based)
