Your Role
- Engage in inbound and outbound sales calls presenting tailored product and service solutions to customers.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the most suitable offers to drive sales conversions.
- Provide customer support for internet telephone and TV services ensuring fast and efficient issue resolution.
- Deliver a friendly solution-oriented experience to every customer contributing to high satisfaction scores.
- Work toward clear sales and performance targets supported by an uncapped commission model and quality bonuses.
- Follow established procedures during the full sales and consultation process.
Your Profile
- German fluency (C1 level).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade negotiate and build trust.
- Motivation for telephone-based sales and customer interaction.
- Organized analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
- High level of adaptability willingness to learn and positive attitude.
- Previous sales or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
The Offer
- Attractive salary package with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
- Monday to Friday 08am 19pm
- Full-time or part-time options after training (4h 6h or 8h shifts).
- Permanent employment contract with 21 days of paid annual leave.
- 8 weeks of paid on-site training (4 weeks training 4 weeks nesting).
