Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Perform both mechanical and electrical repairs on company items either at client sites or in-house
- Manage the procurement of necessary spare parts by liaising with suppliers
- Undergo product training and subsequently provide training to clients on imported equipment
- Log and track all customer complaints and manage all after-sales communications (phone email social media)
- Prepare and issue quotations and invoices for all repairs services and spare parts
- Review Sales Team quotations from a technical perspective to confirm product suitability and available after-sales resources
- Maintain the quality and technical upkeep of the warehouse including managing logs for temperature/humidity pest control and fire prevention
- Ensure strict compliance with all Storage and Distribution conditions and internal Quality HR and Health & Safety procedures
- Conduct Internal Audits and participate in audits of External Service Providers
- Draft review and maintain Service Maintenance and Quality Technical Agreements
- Keep statistics related to After Sales updated on a monthly basis
What skills do you need
- Relevant Technical Education - eg. Electrical engineering degrees or similar
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs
- Strong organizational skills for logging complaints managing statistics and generating documentation (quotations/invoices)
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards within the warehouse and service delivery processes
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients and suppliers
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
