Hireroo is recruiting a high-calibre Sales Manager on behalf of one of its strategic clients a fast-growing group operating across recruitment services corporate services and business media. This role is designed for a commercially powerful individual who already commands a strong senior-level network in Malta and knows how to convert relationships into recurring revenue.
It is a market-facing influence-driven position for someone who understands how business is really done locally: through credibility trust and reputation. The successful candidate will sit at the centre of the groups commercial engine responsible for driving new business across multiple verticals:
Recruitment and talent acquisition solutions
Corporate services including accounting payroll and operational support
Advertising sponsorship and brand partnerships through a high-visibility business platform
Your Mission
To use your existing relationships reputation and commercial instinct to:
Open doors at senior level
Create revenue pipelines
Close meaningful long-term partnerships
Build sustainable recurring income for the group
Location: Hybrid - Malta
Leverage your existing senior network in Malta to immediately generate commercial opportunities
Develop and manage relationships with CEOs Managing Directors Owners and Partners
Identify and close opportunities across recruitment services corporate services (accounting payroll advisory) and advertising space and sponsorship packages
Structure negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements
Build long-term retained clients and recurring revenue streams
Act as a senior commercial representative of the group at business meetings industry events and networking forums
Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding strong client experience and high retention rates
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and revenue forecasting
Continuously identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all business lines
Commercially mature and respected in the local business community
Exceptionally well-connected in Malta particularly at senior and ownership level
