Job Summary

To support its expansion a premier automotive player in Malta is recruiting a Sales and Commercial Manager to lead and develop its B2B commercial operations.

In this role you will be leading the sales function to profitable growth and you will be directly accountable for revenue pricing strategy and overall commercial performance.

This is an office-based role with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to 45K

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales growth for core products and services

  • Develop and execute the strategic sales plan and pipeline

  • Own pricing strategy margin management and commercial terms

  • Lead coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets

  • Govern deal approvals and ensure commercial compliance

  • Collaborate with Operations to guarantee customer delivery and satisfaction

  • Track analyse and report on key commercial KPIs

  • Personally manage and develop key accounts and strategic opportunities

  • Continuously optimise sales processes forecasting and CRM use

  • A proven record of achieving revenue and profit targets

  • Improved sales win rates through process optimisation

  • Established clear sales reporting and accountability frameworks

Education Skills & Experience

  • A track record of achievement in B2B sales or commercial leadership

  • 3 years experience in a similar role in Malta

  • Fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken

  • Combines sharp commercial instinct

  • Strategically drives growth without compromising margin integrity

  • A confident decision-maker and an empowering people leader

  • Operates with discipline and a clear results-oriented focus
