Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing screening and hiring top talent while building strong candidate pipelines and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer rollout
Source candidates through LinkedIn job portals referrals and social platforms
Screen CVs conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Schedule and manage interviews and candidate communication
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data and prepare hiring reports
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements

Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
