Job Summary

Technical Documentation Manager Hybrid Role

Trevor Frances Recruitment is looking for a highly organized Technical Documentation Manager to join a growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration technical problem-solving and producing clear accurate documentation across multiple departments.

What Youll Do

Create and maintain electrical mechanical and 3D CAD drawings.
Develop BOMs assembly manuals wiring diagrams and product data sheets.
Ensure all documentation aligns with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
Collaborate closely with engineers product managers and production teams.
Support 3D printing initiatives and manage BIM/Revit files for architectural or engineering integration.
Occasionally travel for site inspections and measurements (Toronto 14 times per year).

What Were Looking For

Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar).
Experience in technical documentation drafting or design (5 years).
Knowledge of ISO standards QMS procedures and PLM tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with 3D printing or BIM/Revit is a plus.
