Key Responsibilities

Lead train and manage the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and external vendor relationships.
Establish and enforce strict safety protocols and compliance within maintenance operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in CMMS software preventive/predictive maintenance techniques and root cause analysis.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on safety efficiency and continuous improvement.
In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
