Responsibilities:

Assist clients in selecting cruise itineraries and accommodations.
Offer guidance on excursions activities and onboard experiences.
Manage reservations documentation and pre-travel preparations.
Support clients before and during their trips.
Stay current on cruise line promotions destinations and training updates.
