Job Summary
A wellestablished Hong Kong corporate practice is seeking a senior lawyer to join its expanding team. This is a genuinely broad role covering IPOs M&A listing rules compliance and general corporate advisory work. The partners deliberately maintain a balanced portfolio of matters ensuring their fee earners gain exposure across the full corporate spectrum rather than being focused on one area. The team is looking for someone at the 510 PQE level who can manage transactions with confidence and deliver clear commercially astute solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor entrepreneurial businessminded and able to provide clients with pragmatic commercially grounded advice. Strong bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is essential given the firms client base and the nature of crossborder engagements. You will take ownership of key workstreams making this well suited to someone who thrives on responsibility and wants to shape client relationships.
