About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be focusing on the creation of visual designs for maintaining and reinforcing brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all creative campaigns visual assets and design deliverables are aligned with the brand standards of multiple hotel brands and Shangri-La Group maintaining consistent and high-quality outputs across all touchpoints.
- Conceptualize design and update a wide range of print and digital collaterals (including marketing F&B events and in-room materials) in accordance with brand guidelines and current brand positioning.
- Lead the creative development of F&B and event promotional materials and support photo and video shoots including art direction selection and post-editing to ensure brand consistency.
- Work closely with internal teams and other operational departments to translate business objectives into refined luxury-focused and brand-aligned design solutions ensuring all visual outputs uphold the hotels upscale brand identity across all guest and marketing touchpoints.
- Work closely with Team Leader to manage end-to-end design projects from brief development concept creation to final production ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders printers and external vendors to ensure smooth production and cost-effective output.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends digital technologies and hospitality branding practices to continuously elevate creative standards.
- Handle ad-hoc design requests and special projects assigned by Management in a fast-paced hotel environment.
About You
- Minimum 4-5years of experience in creative design preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle Industry.
- Solid experience in layout design typography imagery and preparing assets e.g. animation and sound.
- Experience in web design and multimedia production would be an advantage.
- Proven track record in developing creative concepts from ideation through final production.
- Knowledge of photography and video production would be an advantage.
- Strong relationship with local and international vendors.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Able to work across both Mac and PC platforms.
- Excellent organizational communicational and time management skills.
