Pay | : | HK$19764 - HK$24701 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist Physiotherapists in:
Preparing and carry out treatment activities for physically ill patients.
Arranging equipment and prepare patients for assessment and treatments.
Providing technical assistance and taking care / observation of patients during assessment and treatment procedures.
Transportation of patients and equipment.
Inventory control and procurement process.
Maintenance of treatment areas equipment tools and materials conducive to treatment.
2. To provide technical assistance and support to Physiotherapists in:
Computer assisted equipment and in making therapeutic devices.
Running of therapeutic computer assisted rehabilitation programmes and computer training groups.
3. To assist in hydrotherapy and hydrotherapy pool maintenance.
4. To assist in triage out-patient registration appointment booking reception duties collection of revenue and handle patient enquiries.
5. To perform independent operation of computers and data input for rehabilitation and clinical management purpose.
6. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent;
2. Completed structured departmental training. (See Remarks 2)
Preferably Attributes / Exposure:
1. Obtained certificate/ received relevant training in Physiotherapy / Rehabilitation service or equivalent.
2. Holding certificate of the Health Care Assistant Course / Care-related Support Worker Course accredited by HA. (See Remarks 3).
3. Possess working experience in patient care.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
5. Good PC skills & knowledge in common softwares such as MS Word Excel and PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
6. Pleasant and mature with strong sense of responsibility.
7. Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Applicants who do not meet entry requirements (2) if find suitable will be employed to undergo at least 6 months on the job training including the structured departmental training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the assessment after training.
