The ideal candidate:

• Has 5 years of experience in executive search or sourcing leadership ideally within the high-growth tech sector.

• Possesses elite research craft utilizing advanced AI tools and networking to find rare technical talent.

• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills to engage with senior advisors scientists and global tech leaders.
