Key Responsibilities
Lead motivate and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.
Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance providing regular feedback and guidance and assisting in improving sales results.
Provide ongoing training coaching demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Oversee and when necessary participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.
Set and review sales targets ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue conversion rates and other KPIs.
Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in telesales with at least 3-5 years in a team lead.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated goal-oriented and driven.
