Key Responsibilities

  • Lead motivate and manage a team of telesales agents to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze individual and team performance providing regular feedback and guidance and assisting in improving sales results.

  • Provide ongoing training coaching demonstration and mentoring to telesales agents to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

  • Oversee and when necessary participate in customer calls to ensure high-quality service and to resolve any escalated issues.

  • Set and review sales targets ensuring the team meets or exceeds set goals for revenue conversion rates and other KPIs.

  • Continuously assess and improve telesales processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales results.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in telesales with at least 3-5 years in a team lead.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly motivated goal-oriented and driven.
